I just bought a ** inch Toshiba fire TV. I had to drive *** miles round-trip to the nearest Best Buy store. Upon bringing the product home the remote included would not function properly. When I tried to scroll down the down button Would not work. I then drove another *** mile round-trip to get another remote. After returning home with the second remote and trying it it had to be paired with the first remote. I had to turn in the first remote to get the second remote. No the second remote is frozen will not do anything except power on the TV and there is no Alexa or any other movement. The store did not explain that nor would they except obtaining the new remote without bringing back the old remote. Went through the process and it stated that In order for the new remote to work you must have the old remote and activate it. This is becoming a very difficult time and it’ll cost me another *** miles to try to straighten this out. I need help what do I do?
