I ordered a Jetpack two days ago with delivery guaranteed by today. I got a text that it was out for delivery this morning and ETA was *:**. Nothing arrived. At *:**pm I got a message and update that ETA was for *pm?! Then I log in to USPS tracking and it says it was delivered to a some other zip code in another city! I log in to my BB account and it says order delayed and something with UPS. But then I get a text from BB saying my packaged was delivered to my mailbox this afternoon! I was home all day. I got other packages from UPS and USPS, but NOT this item. I tried BB chat and itsaid there was ** minute wait. ** minutes into the wait, at *pm, the chat was cancelled by BB and I didn't have the option to try again. THIS IS INSANE. I DON'T have my device, YOU have my money, and the item is god knows where. And the BB website has no way to report this-only an option to return an item i HAVE NOT RECEIVED. And calling BB means listening to loooooooong message about COVID** and everything else under the sun, just to be left on hold and then hung up on. I WANT MY ORDER AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

GetHuman-lisagi did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
