I purchased an item from best buy in Columbia S.C. and was told that the router could be used with the current service I had. I had a hard time with my service and they were able to extend their range so the router that I purchased was not needed. I went back to the store and tried to return the router but the guy who sold it to me said that I got it at a great price and that I would be crazy to return it. He said he was helping me out and that I needed to keep it. In other words don't return the item. I went back home and told my daughter. She said he was wrong and should have allowed me to return the router. She told me then that he was taking advantage of me because I did not understand. He never told me about the ** day return policy that I am just finding out about.Did I mention that he say he was new. I look back on it and now realize he was trying to make an impression to keep his job. I put the item aside and was focused on my health. I am a stem cell transplant cancer patient and have many doctor visits. I came back with the router and thought I could return for a store credit since it has been so long but the manager said sorry can't help. I feel something need to be done because I need the money for my health and I am trying the best I can. The sale person was good and sold me something that I did not need. I am asking you to consider returning my money or giving me a store credit. I purchased it item from Columbia S.C. at the Spring Valley store. Please help! I need someone to listen. I went in the store and again I was met with can't help and no understanding of what I am faced with. This store is a rip off to older people who really don't know what they are looking for. Shame on Best buy! *Not sure if I need to contact the better business bureau to file a formal complaint.
