Installation of refrigerator was faulty. We (my wife and I) bought a new Whirlpool refrigerator in July **** from Pacific Sales in Temecula. We requested the door be switched from its original setting of right-hand opening to left-hand opening. The installers made the hinge switch before moving the refrigerator inside our house. The door has now began to squeak loudly, very loudly! The refrigerator is under its * year warranty but Whirlpool says it is an installation issue and will not correct the issue except to pay a $**.** * tax service charge. Whirlpool suggested calling Pacific Sales, from whom it was purchased to see if Pacific Sales will correct this. I called Pacific Sales and their rep said it has been more than ** days so they are unable to correct the problem unless I again pay a service charge. I am now frustrated of the blame-shifting and point of fingers saying "it is not my responsibility." What can you do to resolve this issue?
