I purchased an open box HDMI Switch at the Rio Hondo Bayamon PR store.*When I opened the box noticed it was missing the power supply! *I went back to the store thinking it was going to be a straight forward transaction but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience!**First they told me that’s to be expected when you buy an open box item. I showed then a label on the box stating “no missing accesories”. So they told me I had to pay for the replacement power supply ir cancel!!!**After wasting a lot of time arguing with service people with no success, I decided to return the item!**This was s horrible experience with employees who don’t care about a customer.**I have been a Best Buy customer for many years and this never happened to me before so I will remain a loyal customer, but I recommend you do something with this store location.**Thx*P Martinez
