Best buy in Germantown, Maryland is real mess! Last Thursday I had the Geek Squad appointment at ** am, and went to the store * minutes earlier. The best buy security is starting to open the store at ** am* thus it is accessible at **.** - when my appointment supposes to start already. Two weeks earlier – it was absolutely the same situation – opening of store at **am. I was asking the security to open store at least * minute before **am for customer’s convenience, but it was never done. *I addressed this issue to Gabriel Zelaya (back office lead) and he gave me very childish answer that he was not informed, and probably some other best buy supervisor was informed about the problem! Looks like it is a customer obligation to make a connection between all supervisors and managers in the store! Obviously Geek Squad was not ready for **am appointments, and at **.** am a technical staff was still in restroom. There is no responsibility for anything! My computer problem was presented in my email message that I sent two days in advance of my appointment. If I get a reply to my message – I would cancel my Geek Squad’s appointment* thus, it was the “empty trip” to the Best Buy on Thursday.*I was trying to reach the general manager of the Best Buy by phone on Thursday. One of the supervisors (Jeremy) presented himself as the store manager, and promised that he or Rose (Geek Squad supervisor) would call me back on Thursday or Friday. Obviously nobody called me back! On Saturday I spoke with Anna (store supervisor), and I asked her Neil Patel (real Best Buy manager). Obviously nobody called me back. All Best Buy employees have some memory issues. I sent several email messages personally to Neil Patel to his personal email account. Obviously there was no response from Mr. Patel. On Friday I sent a brief message on gethuman and a few minutes later I got a phone call from Mr. Patel who presented me a “story” of his unfortunate communications with customers. Even a second grade student would never buy such “childish story”. The Best Buy corporative office is asking to resolve issues with the store managers. However, if a store manager’s him-self is the major problem, and is incapable to organize his team! I got numerous computer purchases from Best Buy, many services, accessories and other purchases, and this is how Best Buy is paying me back for me being the loyal customer! I believe that Best Buy corporate office should take some specific actions against management of Best Buy in Germantown.
