Hi, **I am having an issue with the geek squad. Basically last year I bought a tv **” from best buy, and the sales representative told me that if you buy the geek squad member ship you get the tv for a better price, so I bought it. Plus, he told me that the membership will cancel on its own after a year. I said cool lets go with it. So in january ****, it has been a year with the geek squad membership. Since I wasnt year, I did was not able to call geek squad and ask them why I was getting charged. As soon soon as I came back from my trip, I called geek squad to check what is going on, the call representative told me you need to call in order to cancel the membership, I asked her that this was not the information that was provided to me a year ago. She said if you want a refund you need to call the store, so I called the store and talked to a sale manager for tv departement. He told me that we cant resolve this issue because **** squad is responsable for that and the person who sold you the tv is no longer working here. The sales manager also told me that geek squad is never going to refund you, they are only going to play around with until you get fed up and will*never refund you. I called back geek squad and I spoke to the same lady who I spoke to before, tells me now that in order to get the refund you need to go to the store. Like what kind of customer dealing is this, just to not refund your customer, geek squad is making me go here and there. I want my refund, you can see that I have not even used the geek squad membership. This is so unprofessional! Kindly resolve my issue, I want my refund from january **** to mai ****! ****Thank you
