I bought a Fitbit in July of ****. The face of it disconnected from the watch on February ** of ****. Co-workers of mine (who are fans of Best Buy and their customer service) said to take it back to the store (Burlington NC). When I went to the store (March *) the customer service lady said I had to call Fitbit because it had been so long. I told her that my co-workers maybe over estimated Best Buy customer service. She did not like that and said 'Well, you should have called' in not a nice way. And that 'our customer service has not been over estimated'. Not so much what was said but how she said it. As I walked away, she made another comment and although I didn't hear exactly what she said, it was inappropriate to do so. I turned to go back but she already had someone else at her desk. Just wanted to let you know as it was the first time I had spoken to someone in that store with a little attitude. Have made many purchases and have always been pleased.
