How can they state a get it by date of February ** for a new order and not give me a delivery date for an existing order?**I would like to get clarification on when the Pixel * will be available and when I can get it delivered.

How GetHuman2270403 fixed the problem
Called customer service and they informed me that my order was out for delivery today. I did not receive any notification from Best Buy on this, so calling them directly seems to be a better way to get an update instead of email. Hopefully the order will arrive today or else I will call Best Buy customer service again.
