To Whom it may concern:**You sold me a defective Apple IPAd and refuse to take it back.**It was purchased on ******* at your Soquel, California location. Two Apple technicians tried for over three hours to fix it without success. They could not unlock it. Your experts at the GEEK SQUAD also tried to repair the unit and declared that there was a problem with the software.*They asked for the serial number of the*Mac I have at home, I went home and got it only to be told that I would receive a message in two weeks by email to help me unlock the unit.*I called Apple again. They offered to fix it at their facility and send me a box for the shipment however they needed the *serial number of the I PAD. I gave them the number and it turns out THAT THIS NUMBER IS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM therefore they cannot accept the unit. **Am I dealing with a fake?**For three days I have been given the run around. *On Friday I spent two hours with Apple support.*On Saturday I spent an hour and a half with Apple support.*On Sunday I spent over two hours with your Geek Squad and an hour going home and back to the store to bring your people the serial number of the Mac I have at home.*On Sunday I also spent one hour on the phone with Apple support.**The Unit is defective and I want my money back. *You can verify all the information in this complaint with Apple supervisor VERONICA at * *** *** **** ext. *******.
