Regarding pickup at store, order *BBY**-**************Your pickup at store process should be changed. Items should not be charged until the item is in the pickup box. I ordered an item for store pickup and after waiting for over * hours for an update, I got a email that the item was not available. I went to the best buy store, to check my in process status and found the product on the shelf. I ended up buying it at the store and had to cancel in store pickup order * times before my purchase was refunded. **If you are going to offer in store pickup and charge in advance, you should have staff go and pick the item and put it in your "in store" pickup area with in a reasonable amount of time, say * hour from purchase online and update the status accordingly. I understand that sometimes items may not be in stock, but I feel it's not right to charge someone for something you don't have and have them wait for something that's not available. If it's not available or limited quantities that should be stated in the shopping cart before your complete your purchase.
