Visited the Strongsville Ohio store today to find an item I know nothing about and truly needed help. Need a Bluetooth speaker and a remote tv attachment...I’m having difficulty hearing my tv and want a speaker near my couch. I walked past a young man in the tv area several times while he was engrossed in a video on his screen. Never once did he offer to help me. Finally I interrupted his tv watching to ask for help and he handed me a random item and told me I’d need a Bluetooth speaker...when I asked where they were and what kind i would need he pointed and said “middle of the store, there’s lots”...ugh. So I proceeded to search for speakers, all the while being passed by numerous employees and not one asked if I needed help....clearly I did. I finally sat the gadget down that the previous disinterested employee had handed me and I walked out of the store. $**** sale lost because not one employee was interested in helping me. I’ll order the item for more money online from another store to avoid ever walking back into that store again. I was passed by at least * employees and the store wasn’t busy at all....and not one attempted to help me. I work in the service industry and thought you should know. I’d think you’d want this corrected before holiday shopping begins.
