My name is Michael Grace I am an elite bestbuy card holder this is my issue back in January **** I bought a in dash CD player for my **** Dodge Challenger srt* I spent approximately ****.** dollars with * sets of speakers subwoofer * amps and a backup camera system. At time when I bought this system I was informed by the sales person that they did not have any installers at the time I told him that was fine because I don’t drive the care in the winter( Illinois) he told me to contact them in the spring and they should have installers trained and certified. Spring came I called the store and asked to talk to the store manager his name was Sam he told me the installers they hired were still in training and he we call me when they were trained and certified to set up an appointment to have my equipment installed no one ever called so this past Tuesday (**-**-**) I took my car and the equipment I bought back in January to th e Bestbuy store and asked to speak to the store manager his name is Cameron I explained the situation to him showed him the car and the equipment I bought from his store. Just so you understand this car again is a **** Dodge Challenger srt* it is a show car with **** hundred miles on it I showed the store manager the car and explained that I needed to make sure his people could do the job with out any problems .He told me his guys were fairly new but they could handle the job so we set up the appointment for Sunday (**-**-**) at eleven am. Friday morning I received a call from your store manager telling his guys were not comfortable doing the job. He told me he could try and bring some other people in from another store with more experience but he didn’t no when he could do that he was suppose to contact me today(**-**-**) but he never did I spent a lot of money on this equipment that I bought from your store.I would just like to get my money back I am tired of waiting . If this is the kind of service bestbuy offers I will never buy anything from bestbuy again.This is Rockford Illinois bestbuy

Finally got ahold of someone in the corporate office it took about a week but got all my money back plus a **.** dollar gift card I asked them what they wanted me to do with the merchandise that I bought they told me to keep it
