I ordered a microwave to be installed in the house I was selling. The day of installation the service person called to say it was lost. I was not called by manager at SI store as promised. The next day I spoke with the manager and told him I had moved and there is a new owner. I received a call that the microwave is ready for installation yesterday. I no longer live there and the new owner would be the one to contact for best date. I cannot believe my husband’s charge account was charged and the microwave has not yet been installed. I am going to think twice about buying at Best Buy now. I bought many products there. The response of the manager Anthony was insulting to say the least. This has been a nightmare.
