The issue in GetHuman-stormybl's own words
Buy a gift for hubby ... I purchased the Petcube about ** days ago as a gift and did not realize there is only a ** day return policy with it. I have shopped BB many years and never had to return anything so never knew this policy existed. My hubby did have issue with the petcube in that the laser doesn't track well at all. For me, I think the red laser dot is too big so when playing with the pets, i worry about it hitting their eyes. We want to return this, but due to the very short return time frame, makes it not possible. It doesn't make sense to only have ** days. I often buy gifts weeks in advance anyway. I just want to be able to return the item.
The tracking of the laser is bad. The point to this is to interact with the pets while away. Otherwise it is only good as a camera (which we could buy much cheaper)

Bought over the years, never had issue at all.
Tried different troublshooting methods, but the tracking on it just isn't good. Also cannot adjust size of laser dot (too big IMO).
