I purchased new car speakers at the Norridge location. I spent $***.** and the sales associate told me it would be free installation regardless of what store I brought it to. All I had to do was make the appointment. I wanted to be sure of this so I asked multiple times for him to clarify and he made it very clear that installation was free. I brought the speakers to my home location at the Geneva store to make an appointment. I made the appointment with a sales associate there and asked him about the installation as well. He also verified that I’d be getting a free installation. When it came time for my appointment, the man doing installations told me that I still owed a $** installation fee. I told him and his manager my story and all they said was that both the associates I talked to were wrong and I should call the Norridge location. The manager of the Norrige location was extremely unhelpful. His only solution was that I should just return the speakers. I have never been so frustrated with a business. I simply can’t afford an additional $** dollars. Had I known from the start it would be that much more. I would not have made the purchase. Hopefully somebody can help me out. **-Joe B
