I pre order fallout ** the tenecential edition, then this past Tuesday *******, I recieved and email from bestbuy.com stating “Thank you for choosing Best Buy to pre-order Fallout **. It has come to our attention you may have been sent a beta code that was incorrect for your console. If so, please disregard it.**We will be sending you another email soon with the correct code. There is no further action required from you.” Yet I checked my emails and there were no codes emailed to me, so the following day ******* I called and they connected me to someone to try to solve the issue which they told me that within **-** hrs max I would be receiving my beta code, but it has been ** hours and still nothing.
GetHuman826376 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
