Problem with order BBY**-**************I ordered this Sonos subwoofer as a Open-Box item listed in "Excellent" condition but it is not in Excellent condition. It is scraped and chipped as if it has been dropped, it came with zero instructions or accessories, and most concerning it came with NO packaging in the box. It hod no styrofoam or any sort of insulation or packaging it was just in a cardboard box with tons of room to move around within the box. This is an expensive piece of audio equipment and was shipped with ZERO protection. How can that be listed as Excellent? How can your shipping department think that is an OK way to ship an item? The box even had large holes for carrying meaning that the subwoofer was COMPLETELY exposed to elements like moisture and dirt!**As you can see from my account, I shop at Best Buy often and I often buy Open Box items. This is the first time I have received an item that is completely out of line with the description on the website. I am very disappointed with what I paid for versus what I received. How are you going to make this right for me?
