I Placed an order online since I received a code in an email to place an order for $** and get items shipped for free. I also, applied a coupon code and it got accepted. However, when I went to checkout I noticed I’m charged $*.** for shipping. *Called the **** number customer service and unfortunately the associate did not listen that I’m aware that there is a $** free shipping going on. I was totally talking about the email that I received saying “ your shopping bag is still waiting” and the offer was shipping free on a $** order. I placed an order Morning for over $** so I’m totally aware of what was posted on website. I honestly wish the associate would’ve listened. Please do look at it. The associate did not provide a ticket number or an associate number and she simply said that she put a comment on my account so whoever gets to address this issue knows when opening my account to deal with this issue. Again the associate is “Stephanie.” Unfortunately, she made it sound like she was educating me on $** free shipping, which I tried explaining for *th time and realized I’m wasting my time.
