GetHuman-moasmith's customer service issue with Barnes & Noble from November 2020

Help with my Barnes & Noble issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-moasmith may need:
Email on Account, Password, Purchase ID, Phone Number on Account, Name of Book, and Order number
The issue in GetHuman-moasmith's own words
I purchased ***.** worth of gift cards and received **.** in Barnes and Noble Reward Cards. Only on the Front did I notice the cards would expire ** days after purchase.PLEASE consider expanding that window of time during Co- vid when many of us are extremely leery about entering stores. yes, the coupons can be used online, but there should be SOME concessions made for *** loyal members who are accustomed to receiving gift cards which Do Not have expiration dates. The window is open too short a time relative to money spent.

GetHuman-moasmith did not yet indicate what Barnes & Noble should do to make this right.

My husband and I have shopped at Barnes and Noble for over **years each. We have bought hundreds of dollars worth of books and gift cards.
I request at least partial use of the fifty dollars of Reward Card money I am slated to use because I did not use it during the fourteen days allotted.
How GetHuman-moasmith fixed the problem

We are waiting for GetHuman-moasmith to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
