Can I return an item I purchased from Barnes & Noble in-store?

Asked a year ago
Yes, you can return an item purchased from Barnes & Noble in-store. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if you change your mind or receive a defective item, you can bring it back to any of our store locations within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure to bring the original receipt or packing slip with you, as well as the item in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, and if you don't have the receipt, we can offer store credit for the current selling price. Some exclusions may apply, such as digital content and personalized items. For further details, please refer to our in-store return policy or contact our customer service team.
