I started getting emails back with shipping added. After phone calls I was and still unwell I asked my son for help and was told it was not worth his time to forget it. Recently my other son said he also had a bad experience with a B&N order and gave up. Even though it has been * months, It still troubles me. **Ordered three books with free shipping*Started to receive Emails with shipping added*Books never arrived. Phoned *Asked for shipping charges to be refunded*Receive notice that the third book and shipping on it would be cancelled and refunded. Not what I asked to be done.*Visa arrived showed * book had been listed bought on a separate day and all were charged with shipping*A month passed no books no refund*Phoned, poor connection could not understand accented agents, asked to speak to supervisor. Refused *Told the books would be shipped next day. I asked to have order cancelled. Refused. * days, * books came ** months later still no refund on Visa for third book or shipping charge**The three books should have cost $**.** plus tax, the * books I received $**.** as part of the three book order. Total VISA charge $**.**. And because I wasn’t taxed, I had to pay user tax on my yearly income tax for the book I never received. It rankles.**As a handicapped **-year-old this has been stressful not because of the money involved but because It just is not right. **I found no mail address listed on any of your web pages and with your poor phone connections and hard to understand accented agents trying to phone again would be a waste of time.
