My featured CD matured on March **th, but I don’t receive any maturity email from you. I need to redeem the money, but it just automatically renewed with the same term. Because of the special situation, I can’t go to the state or any US branch to close my CD in person. But your costumer service is to inflexible that told me I can do any change to my CD if I can’t go to the US branch. I can’t go America and even for the next few years now. The virus made so many changes to my life, and I can believe how rigid your rules are. The problem is I need to cash in ASAP. Without any maturity email or any notification, I just even don’t know what happened to my CD account, and it’s not just a small money. Btw the one who serviced me is Liguo Wang from US Boston Chinatown branch, with a very bad attitude. I appreciate a lot if I can do any change to my CD remotely
