I had a fraud issue I believe but was mailed a new card and updated info so i believe everything is fine now with the security of my account....except you guys are taking this unusual spending pattern thing a little overboard. First off, when i tried to call about my new card declining...i do not recall asking to set a security question, although i have one on my account asking name of my first pet*dog? I dont know it cause i didnt set it* that i recall. I dont think it is another fraud issue however..but, i am confused about that part. The declining is most likely from unusual spending, although i dont know what you consider usual when almost this whole time ive had one issue or another with BOA. Because of this, when I AM ABLE to access my funds I try to Max my daily withdraw limit so this issue of me being broke, and my card having a block doesnt become my problem again and again. So i need you to take off the block on my account please.
