I am on vacation over seas, and I am trying since a week to pay my bill ($**.** on April **) through the Internet with the same laptop I use back home, but after signing in with my ONLINE ID and PASSCODE, Bank*of*A site ask a security question to verify my identity, since my cellphone ***-***-**** is desactivated the only option to get the AUTHORIZATION CODE is throught my email, and since I didn't bring with me my ATM*Debit card , I do not have the Debit Card PIN (but I brought with me my B of America VISA card). Usually, the security questions are diff*rente than the one asked this time. Can you retrive $**.** from my account or delay my due payment for a week, I am planning to come back home April **th. Before I left Canada I did call Bank of America customer service on February **th to tell them that I will be away for a couple months.
