Bank of America Closed our account. Claiming we were high risk. *I believe they closed our account because we were taking full *advantage of the perks they offered. My wife and I followed all *the rules, Bank of America offered for their perks. When they *realized we were taking full advantage of what they offered. *They closed our account, and canceled our credit card. With no *valid explanation. I believe this is an issue with false *advertising, Possibly a bait and switch scam, to recruit *customers. We had no loans with Bank of America, our credit *card was paid in full each and every month. Our bank balance *was over Six thousand dollars. Classifying us as a high risk. *Makes no sense. * *We would like to know why they closed our account.*An honest company should have no problem answering an honest question. *We are concerned they may have incorrect information about our account, *possibly a mix-up with some other account. If their business decision *was based on false information. We need to know what the false information *was, so that it can be corrected. My wife and I both believe *Bank of America's decision to close our account was based on false information.**Again an honest company should have no problem with transparency*honesty. *An honest company would also like to stop, and correct false information *about it's self. There is no way of knowing if Bank of America's decision *was a malicious act, to punish us for following their rules, using their *perks to our benefit. Closing our account could have been a misunderstanding. *Until Bank of America makes full disclosure, divulging the facts they used to *make the business decision to close our account. I will conciser their decision *to be some sort of malicious act. Possibly a criminal act. Akin to some sort *false advertising, Or bait and switch scam.
