As a disabled military veteran and long-term Bank of America customer of over a decade, I rarely encounter overdraft fees. My bank account at Bank of America was closed around three months ago due to someone repeatedly withdrawing money, claiming to be from Hertz Rental Car. Every time I noticed these transactions, I contacted Bank of America questioning why they allowed Hertz to withdraw funds.
