Before I went on vacation to Arizona, I called B of A to let them know I’d be on vacation from June *, ****- June **, ****. I wanted to let them know because if I recieved a statement when I was on vacation, when I get home, I’d pay it. I never recieved a statement in the mail. I called B Of A and told them I never recieved a statement for the month of June. I knew I needed to make a payment, but I wasn’t sure how much. During that call, the rep told me I owe $***.**. I was shocked! I asked, why is it so high?! The rep said I was late on a payment and that I had a late charge. Look at my history of making payments towards B Of A, my minimum payments have been $**.**, $**.**, or $**.**. I’ve been consistant with my payments until June ****, but I called and let B Of A know about it. The problem I’ve been dealing with since June is the fact that I’m not recieving statements in the mail. It’s not right that I’m expected to make payments, but I’m not recieving statements showing the amount due or the date when the payment needs to be paid. Since June **** until October **** (present), I’m not recieving statements in the mail! Why? Every month since June **** I’ve been calling B Of A customer service to ask why I’m still not recieving any statements in the mail. Last month, I thought maybe it would be a good idea to download the B Of A (App) from the App Store to keep track of my statements. Something happened and I was locked out. Today, October **, ****, I called AGAIN to let the rep know my situation. I’m not recieving statements in the mail and now I’m locked out of my account online. The rep went online to my account and reset it. Then I put in a new passcode to access my account online. Finally I was able to access my account! The rep told me she would look into why I’m not recieving any statements in the mail. I told the rep to go to her manager*supervisor and ask them to pull the phone records from June **** until October **** and it will prove that I’m telling the truth. Every phone call is consistant with the same issues. Why? HELP ME!
