My debit card is from Banamex in Mexico. I have lost it and when I try calling banamex, of course I only get a recording. I have tried for weeks to reach someone and to no avail. I need a replacement card. In addition, there have been * deposits made to my account since May and the last time I was able to check my account (in June) the balance was only $*.**
