hello, I recently purchased several items from backcountry (mainly Patagonia stuff). I was slightly disappointed when the new *-in-* jacket from Patagonia (new this season) has a defective zipper. I tried * separate times, for at least ** mins a time, to zip the removable jacket back onto the shell. But, had to stop trying because of how frustrated I became. Also the other items I recieved didn't fit, and ultimately, I would like a return label and a refund for this order. It was very disappointing when I had so much anticipation to receive this order. This was my first time ordering from backcountry, and I was fortunate enough to receive a **% off promo. Is it possible to obtain this promo one more time for a future purchase? I understand that these defects and sizing issues have nothing to do with backcountry itself. I appreciate all of the support I have received, and look forward to all the future help and assistance.
