I took my son out for dinner last night at the BJ's in Huntington Beach. It started out OK, but then about ** minutes after we ordered, the waiter asked me "remind me what you ordered?" and I told him. Then it was literally another ** minutes after that before they brought the pizza for my son...but my loaded fries were nowhere to be seen. The waiter came by a couple of times but they never came out...and by the time my son was done eating his pizza and ready to go, the waiter said "they are ready" but I asked them to be wrapped up b*c we were ready to go. It took another SEVERAL minutes (at least **) to bring the boxed up fries. I paid and left...but when I got home, not only did I get the WRONG type of loaded fries, but it was a side order size! I paid almost $** for blue cheese nashville loaded fries and got a handful of fries that were cold, soggy and not even the type I ordered - no blue cheese in sight! **I am requesting a refund of the fries at a minimum...we go to BJ's a lot for work lunches at the Cerritos locationand I never have a bad experience. Going for dinner in HB is not something we do often, and this left a bad taste in my mouth for trying it again. I am hoping you can rectify the situation.**The ticket number from last night was ****, server was Tyler H (****). Time was **:** on the receipt. Total check was $**.** * tip.
