Good morning,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience at your Orange, Ohio location. My family and I were there celebrating my grandson's graduation from middle school to high school. Unfortunately, the service we received was disappointing. Despite arriving around 8:30 PM on Tuesday, May 31st, and being told there would be a 45-minute wait for our party of 10, the wait extended to [redacted] minutes. Although we observed open tables, we were not seated promptly. Once seated, apologies were lacking, the service was subpar, and the food arrived cold. Furthermore, the payment system was down, leading to potential security concerns with our credit card information. The lack of communication about the payment issue and the overall poor service from the management team left a negative impression on us.

Hello, I'm Sue Perdomo, and my Rewards ID is EVLUPVH. I encountered an issue while trying to place an order through the app on Sunday the 10th. My debit card payment wasn't going through, so I attempted to use a gift card instead, but I was unsuccessful. Despite multiple attempts to input the gift card information, the transaction did not go through. I bought the gift card specifically to make a hassle-free purchase, which unfortunately did not happen. I have reached out via email three times without receiving any response. I find myself with a $[redacted] gift card that I am unable to utilize at the required moment. I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted] as I no longer have use for the gift card. I am reaching out with a concern regarding the slow business at McCandless Crossing BJ’s in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where I work as a server. As a closer during the weekdays, I have observed that we are not allowed to cut our floor due to concerns over kitchen labor costs, despite being paid a low hourly wage of $2.83. The management, particularly the GM, has been overstaffing the floor and neglecting the front of house staff's needs. This lack of consideration for the front of house team is disheartening and disrespectful. Despite the efforts of myself and my coworkers to provide excellent service, it feels like our concerns are being ignored. I have been with BJ’s for over 5 years and believe that the company's standards are not being upheld at this location. I urge corporate to address these issues at the Bjs Brewhouse at McCandless Crossing. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have concerns regarding an employee at this establishment who has engaged in inappropriate behavior online. I have evidence, including written and video proof, of this employee attempting to solicit illegal materials from me. I believe a high-end restaurant like this should not allow such individuals to be part of their staff.

I made an order on the BJs website for lunch at the office with delivery. When we got the pizza, none of the toppings I requested were on it, but the tomato topping was added. I called the store and spoke to the manager, Tim, who apologized and mentioned it might have been a computer glitch. Tim offered to refund the pizza price, but I would have to pay for delivery again if I wanted a corrected order. I explained that it was unfair since the mistake was from BJs, but Tim couldn't do more than refund the pizza cost. I believe the situation should have been handled differently to fully compensate for the error. My colleagues and I are frequent customers at BJs, so we expect better customer service in cases like this.

I am an employee at the Greenwood, Indiana BJ's Brewhouse. I have worked here faithfully for about 5 years off and on. Since the previous managers left, the current general manager's performance has been causing a lot of issues. From neglecting essential duties to not addressing serious problems like substance abuse and attendance issues, the situation has become embarrassing and stressful for the staff. The lack of accountability and the manager's dismissive attitude towards employees' concerns have created a toxic work environment. Many long-term employees are feeling demotivated and unhappy with the current state of affairs. It's crucial for the management to address these issues promptly and restore the restaurant to its former standards. Employees deserve a welcoming and professional atmosphere, which seems to be missing under the current management's direction.

I recently had a distressing experience at Marino Valley due to apparent discrimination against my elderly service dogs, including my dog BJ. Upon arrival, I was unpleasantly greeted by a young man who initially isolated me outside. Despite having to explain my situation as a disabled veteran, the situation worsened when a guest I brought, also a service dog user coping with personal loss, was not afforded the same understanding. After contacting the restaurant, the General Manager eventually apologized for the mishandled situation, but the damage was done. The service from the overwhelmed waitress, Tracy, was negatively affected by the chaos. This visit, unlike previous ones, left me feeling upset and uncomfortable even after the incident ended. The continuous presence of the same young man at my table, delivering a salad, contributed to the unpleasant experience. Bringing a close friend to relax after a tough day was overshadowed by the poor treatment we received upon arrival. I felt humiliated when I was suggested to dine outside, rather than inside where I had always been welcome before. The whole experience was truly disheartening and marred what used to be one of my favorite lunch spots.

Tonight, my family visited BJ's in Pensacola, Florida for Father's Day dinner. Unfortunately, our dining experience progressively worsened. Initially, we waited nearly an hour for a table, despite being told it would only take 10 to 15 minutes. As the night ended, we requested dessert and the bill to go. I settled the check, but the dessert was never brought, and the waiter did not come back to our table. We left feeling disappointed and have no plans to dine at BJ's in the future.
