I am the executrix for my father's estate, I had his hydro acct. forwarded to me. I never received any bills and assumed we were paid up. I get an automated call mid November that the account is in arrears. I immediately contact Hydro and it's discovered that they had the wrong information and the mail was sent elsewhere. They wouldn't email me the statement so sent it via mail. I immediately paid it at the bank. I get a second automated call that the bill is not paid. I called and was told it's not paid, they research it and found the payment. Today I got a letter threatening to send the final bill to collections. I thought it had been sent to collections and lashed out at one of your employees, Robert whom I spoke to at *:** today. The incident was exacerbated by the fact that this employee didn't seem to care that I was worried about my credit rating, the false accusations and finally offered to connect me to his supervisor. He left me on hold forever and I have come to the conclusion that he did that on purpose. This is the first time that I had a bad experience when dealing with Hydro personnel and wonder if the vetting of staff has changed, nevertheless, I felt it needed to be drawn to your attention.
