BC Hydro Customer Service Issues

Hello BC Hydro Team, I am contacting you regarding the power disconnection at my condo in Burnaby at Arcola. I am in the process of selling the property, and the Buyer has been informed by BC Hydro that there might be a service interruption unless they open an account now. To ensure a smooth transition for the new owner on July 5th, I kindly request the reconnection of power on June 28th. Additionally, I would like my account at [redacted] - [redacted] Arcola St, Burnaby, BC to be disconnected on July 5th. In Whaletown, BC on March 30th, we experienced a planned power outage. Despite being informed, the 120V power appeared to stay on around noon, leading me to believe the Hydro work was completed. I then attempted to use my 240V "Hypertherm PX30 Plasma Cutter," only to find it non-functional. Upon inspection, it was evident that the second phase lacked power, likely due to it not being disconnected by the line crew during the outage. This resulted in the plasma cutter operating under unfavorable conditions and sustaining damage. Following a call to BC Hydro, two technicians visited to assess our home, meter, and the plasma cutter's connections, noting the burnt components. However, I have yet to receive any further communication from BC Hydro since their visit.
