Avast removed £**.** from my account for services I don’t require, I don’t even own a pc at present, I’m furious. I demand a refund as this has left me in financial difficulty with my bank and caused a great deal of upset.
GetHuman-suzipith did not yet indicate what Avast! should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-suzipith fixed the problem
I informed avast via mail to refund my subscription fee as I was unaware it was being debited from my account and was annoyed, they responded swiftly and have promised to refund me and forwarded a confirmation email to this effect.
