I didn't realize that I was being automatically billed for Avast. I just found it on credit card statement. I haven't used it in over a year due to fact that I got a new computer that had McAfee on it. That subscription is about to run out, so I don't mind keeping the Avast, and am not disputing the billing. I was billed **.**. I need to know how to install this software on my computer. I searched my emails and did not find an email from you concerning the billing. I also called your number, and was very disappointed at your options, not the best customer service. However, I will stick with it if you will inform me how to obtain and install software on my new computer.
