How GetHuman-tedwhit fixed the problem
I've had problems with Avast, taking money from me a few times over a period of time, and each time after a lot of objections from me , they refunded the money. The last time was the last straw, they took money from my account on *th September without permission saying my subscription of £**.** was due. actually it wasn't due until **th June ****. After a lot of arguments they final agreed that they were wrong and refunded my money. The day I received the money I uninstalled Avast and installed TotalAV , which is more reasonably priced and appears to work quite well
