Help with my Avast! issue

Cancel auto-renewal (auto-renewed today!) ... Received email ******* reminding me that my Avast SecureLine for PC will expire in * days. I have just logged on to cancel it, and it appears to have reactivated. I do not wish to renew this licence, and have not downloaded the licence. Can you please cancel this for me & ensure that any monies taken from any card details you hold are refunded asap?
Because I never used it, have no use for it, and don't wish to pay £**.** for a further year's subscription
Ideally within the next * days - confirmation from them that it has been cancelled, no monies have been taken from my account, it will non auto-renew and closure of my account with Avast.

How GetHuman1038581 fixed the problem
They emailed me this morning to say that I had already deactivated their auto renewal. On checking yesterday, I was unable to access this info & The software was listed as ‘current’ with effect from yesterday - very confusing! Many thanks for your support.
