My provider (Telus) installed a new modem & PVR. Next day I had a signal but no sites would open. After Telus tried everything I suggested uninstalling Avast , thinking I should be able to reinstall it but it's beyond me. My * Avast reference ID :*********. Activation code: X*KTGZ-GU*K**-*RL*EA Think it's good until end of next January ****. Telus ended up changing the modems channel & I'd like to reinstall the Avast program. I still have the Avast Browser & cleanup icons but there was a *rd that I deleted so think it's not complete? Thanks.
GetHuman-macioch did not yet indicate what Avast! should do to make this right.
