You charged my Chase credit card $**.** on *********. I did not intend to renew and had turned off automatic renewal and have a confirmation email from you to that effect. I am not sure exactly what that charge is for, but I think it was for your Avast Clean up. I did not receive any notification that this charge was about to be made. Please cancel the charge and credit my Chase account accordingly.* *The account number is ***********. This is my second request. The first was via email. Also I attempted to cancel this via telephone today and could not understand your operator.. I gave him all he should have needed in order to cancel this, but still it did not get done.* *Thanks,
