the person I was speaking TO ON THE PHONE KEPT SAYING THE MODEL * FOR MY PHONE IS FOR A ALCATEL FIERCE. I HAD PURCHASED AN UPDATED PHONE -THE ONE THAT I HAVE TO RETURN AS IT IS NOW DAMAGED - IT SLIPED OUT OF MY HAND. THIS IS AN ALCATEL ALEXA ADROID * I SPECIFICALLY GAVE HER THE MODEL NUMBER BUT SHE KEEPS SAYING IT IS A FIERCE. I AM LOOKING RIGHT AT THE PHONE MODEL *****Z*AE*US*. I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THE INSIDE NAME O THE PHONE WITHOUT IT BEING UNLOCKED. NOW THAT I FINALLY GOT IT UNLOCKED. IT IS AN ALCATEL ALEXA -I PURCHASED NOT TO LONG AGO FROM METRO PC -SHE IS SENDING ME AN OUTDATED PHONE THAT I WILL RETURN AS WELL AND EXPECT THE SAME PHONE I PAID FOR IF NOT SOMETHING SIMILAR OK.
