Calling exactly when they open at 8am is probably your best shot at reducing your wait time

I filed a claim approx ** days ago. *Claim **************We were sent a replacement that had the wrong battery in the box. Received a *nd battery, same issue. I contacted customer svc again. I was asked if a different phone would work. That's fine but I didnt want it shipped until after today because I was out of town. I was asked to wait and call back today for shipment of this other replacement phone. (I believe it was supposed to be a "series *".)
GetHuman2644477 did not yet indicate what Asurion should do to make this right.
