Human Resources,Hi my name is Tony Garza and I have a very serious matter in regards to a manager in the Asurion repair division.I was taken by surprise the way I was treated letting him know first of all I have a Trumatic brain injury and it’s hard for us to go out and try to get a box and to have this home theater which is only * inches wide and * feet wide that we need to go get it paid them $*** for both my laptop and the home theater box to be repaired not even knowing that I had to have a box for this home theater they were not going to repair it I was taken by surprise the way I was treated letting him know first of all I have a Trumatic brain injury and it’s hard for us to go out and try to get a box and to have this home theater which is only * inches wide and * feet wide that we need to go get I had paid them $*** for both my laptop and a home theater box to be repaired not even knowing that I had to have a box for this home theater they were not going to repair yet. I had asked to speak to a manager and what he had said about knock me off my feet when I told him my disability he said I don’t care about what you have I’m not gonna change my mind that’s way it’s going to be I have the man’s name and ID number what she was very proud to give to me again I am speechless in and were very hurt and hateful the way I was treated you have my email and And my number is *** area code ***–**** thank you I hope you get back with me again and one thing to say I even told him that I really seriously was thinking about going to square trade that didn’t bother him at all so again thank you for listening to me or reading this I should say I look forward to hearing from you Tony
