I was told by your csr to dispose of the electronics and then give you all proof of payment and then from the receipt bank email n text I did what I was told to do then I’m told no I didn’t do it right and prove that a csr told me to recycle the electronics and I did then I’m told sorry no that’s not the correct way to get a refund I have done everything that you all have asked me to do and I do what you have asked me to do and then I’m called a liar and then prove that a csr told there is the email for you to see who told me to do that
