My Verizon Samsung Galaxy S* was in my pocket while at work and I work as a painter where I was on a ladder about two stories above ground when my phone fell out of my hoodie pocket hitting the concrete surface below shattering the phone front to back. Phone is usable but is having serious software issues now where it is closing apps opening apps while in use and not in use, ringers aren't working, messages aren't updating some apps aren't functioning, phone turns on by itself while in pocket despite the function being on, key tones won't turn off and phone is consistantly notifying me that N error has occurred and certain apps shut down that we're never even opened by me.
GetHuman2156178 did not yet indicate what Asurion should do to make this right.
