I spoke with an agent several weeks ago, he said my phone would qualify for a replacement phone, an I phone *. It took me a few days to return it because I went to Apple to make sure I could get my photos and contacts from the old phone. Asurion received my phone on Nov. **, but I have not received a replacement. I have e-mailed * or * times and spoke with a rep on the phone, no replies or answers. Help!!!!!
