SR* ***********I submitted a claim for a broken chair and Asurion decided to send the cost of the chair only, without taxes ($***.**). When I reordered the replacement chair from the original retailer, Amazon, the price was now higher and included taxes ( $***.** , order****-*******-*******). Your warranty description on Asurion's web page say they will replace the insured item if it can't be fix. I should have that option to get a replacement chair without andy additional out of pocket expense. Please send the difference (***.** - ***.** * $**.**)**Thank you
