Asurion Claim ID **********Apple Case *************I have talked to Verizon Asurio because my phone *** ***-**** has been Locked due to entering the pass code too many times - phone has not been used since May *th and I have talked to Apple both at least * times and no result each time they send me through the same process troubleshooting to unlock and it does not work. Apple sent me to a place (MAC Centrix and they couldn’t unlock it* It has a defect but all Iget is the run around I need to send this phone in and replaced but no one suggest sending it back all they want to do is go through the same testing*troubleshooting that never work*I paid the phone off and was told I used the billing account and they sent a refund to pay for it on another account*Why should I pay for something I cannot use*Please tell me where to send this phone for repair or replacement because there is a defect in this phone *My next step is Louisiana
