I am at the point that I want to contact Verizon about other alternatives to insurance for our devices. This claim that I placed well over *.* weeks ago still has not been completed. First I tired to send replacement to my sons address in Atlanta, Ga.. Was told that address had to be verified so then I said never mind I want to send repelcement to our billing address. I was told then I could not do anything until an adjuster contacts me. That in itself was ludicrous to me, you are telling the person who pays the monthly asurion bill has no authority to change an address, after you are telling them Saud they cant send it to that address. I m flabbergasted now, then I go online I was able to change it online but was given a prompt saying contact asurion. I am not contacting asurion anymore. Asurion needs to contact me and do what asurion is suppose to do, help me with a claim. I have never had any of these problems with my home insurance, car insurance, health insurance. Why am I having issues with a company that we pay for that's not even required to have? My number I need assistance with is ***-***-****, please assist. I am speaking to my husband and Verizon for different alternatives. I work have a family and go to school all of this unnecessary work for this claim is a nuisance.
