l can not swap out my old phone to the new one that was sent to me. I have to log in and did the steps. And it tells me that the seral numbers are all ready in use. I spoke to some lastnight and did the * numbers. And that knock out the old phone. I tried calling the *** number and it said that. My account can not be validated. I this on the new phone and it said that my account has not been activate. It also said to hit the N key. This also did not work! I am now siting here with both phones out of service. Please help
